This course is the international version of the Role of the Director and the Board module. ~~CANCELLATION: Refunds will be granted upon receipt of written (email) notification of cancellation up to 45 days before the course start date. We regret that cancellation requests received after the specified date cannot be refunded and fees are not transferrable to other courses.
However, the IoD at its own discretion may review exceptional circumstances and vary this policy on a case by case basis (in which case a minimum $100 cancellation fee would apply).
Please note that refunds to American Express cards will incur a 4.5% deduction, this represents the non-refundable fee charged to the BII and we regret that this fee must be passed on to registrants.
COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS - Course change requests occur when the same person transfers from one course to another, subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Course change requests must be made before the cancellation deadline. A minimum transfer fee of $50 will apply.
NO-SHOWS - 'No-shows' are registrants who do not attend the seminar for which they are registered. No refund- credit, partial or full will be given to No-shows, regardless of the method of payment.
